PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
APARTMENTS TIME S.L. will process all the personal data that you provide us with the purpose of providing you with the correct management of the services that correspond to you as a user: information, advice and legal representation, protection and defense of your labor rights, affiliation and collection of membership fees, fulfilment of your legal duties in the case of holding union representation positions, as well as complying with the stipulated legal obligations. In the case of your inclusion in mobile instant messaging groups, it is strictly forbidden to use the information contained therein for purposes other than those described.
CONSERVATION OF DATA

In the event that you are expelled from a mobile instant messaging group, you must delete all the content of the same, except for the fulfilment of a legal obligation or for the correct defense of your rights.
