(General Register of Data Protection) in which your data are incorporated and are processed in order to provide the requested services and send you information about our company that may be of interest to you.

Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights Organic Law 11/1985, of 2 August, on Trade Union Freedom.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

APARTMENTS TIME S.L. will process all the personal data that you provide us with the purpose of providing you with the correct management of the services that correspond to you as a user: information, advice and legal representation, protection and defense of your labor rights, affiliation and collection of membership fees, fulfilment of your legal duties in the case of holding union representation positions, as well as complying with the stipulated legal obligations. Under no circumstances will the data you provide us with be used for purposes other than those described above. In the case of your inclusion in mobile instant messaging groups, it is strictly forbidden to use the information contained therein for purposes other than those described.

CONSERVATION OF DATA

APARTMENTS TIME S.L. will keep the personal data provided by you as long as your relationship as a user is maintained or as long as you do not request its deletion. In the event that you are expelled from a mobile instant messaging group, you must delete all the content of the same, except for the fulfilment of a legal obligation or for the correct defense of your rights.

LEGITIMACY OF THE TREATMENT

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your express consent to APARTMENTS TIME S.L. of the Data Protection Policy described, prior to registration. The information requested is the minimum necessary to be able to comply with the aforementioned purpose.
